6 ¾ cups sugar
4 ½ cups softened butter
¼ cup vanilla
27 eggs
¼ cup baking powder
¼ cup baking soda
18 cups flour
1 container sour cream

directions...

on high speed mix until white:
6 ¾ cups sugar
4 ½ cups softened butter

add:
¼ cup vanilla

crack 27 eggs into silver bowl. Add one at a time on high speed till each is mixed well!

On low speed add:
¼ cup baking powder
¼ cup baking soda

add flour and sour cream by alternating each until gone:
18 cups flour
1 container sour cream

mix well stopping to scrape sides.

COOK 20 MINUTES UNCOVERED ON LOW,
THEN COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR
60-90 MINUTES
