1 bag raisin bran
9 cups sugar
15 cups flour
1/4 cup baking soda
2 TBLS salt
12 eggs
3 qts buttermilk
3 cups corn oil
2 cans pineapple
4 cups grated carrots

directions...
mix cereal, sugar, flour and baking soda in mixer. In separate bowl mix with a wisk buttermilk, oil and eggs. Add this mixture to dry ingredients mixing no longer than 30 seconds. Add pineapple and carrots again mixing no longer than 30 seconds. Over beating will not allow muffins to rise. Place in cooler 24 hours befor using.
